Light Source Module
A laser power supply and semiconductor laser form the light source module, which emits a high-brightness laser line. The laser line passes through an optical assembly (lens combination) to expand into a uniform, user-defined fan-shaped beam. When this beam is projected onto an object, it creates a high-brightness laser line for applications such as cutting and marking.
Installation Methods
The laser line marker supports multiple installation configurations. Common reference methods include:
Method A: Mounted directly above the object, projecting laser lines downward with uniform length on both sides.
Method B: Mounted at an angle above the object, projecting downward with uneven lengths on both sides.
Method C: Mounted on the side of the object, projecting the laser line onto the opposite side.
