The guide adjustment projection device is widely used in the metallurgical industry, mainly for adjusting the guide of high-speed wire production lines. The projection device projects the image of the guide roller onto the reference template. By adjusting the guide roller, the projection of the guide roller coincides with the line on the reference template, thus playing the role of correctly adjusting the guide.

Portable– technical parameter（Order No.:BG-GP-2）
The portable guide base adjustment projection device is composed of projection imager and projection light source. It is a special instrument suitable for the adjustment of guide base of high-speed wire and bar. The optical projection system of the instrument can reflect whether the guide base is in an ideal and correct position. If the guide base is not in an ideal position, it can reflect the situation through the instrument. Online workers can directly observe and adjust the guide base on the rolling mill to make the rolling mill base accurately positioned.
Projection devices must be used with portable projection light sources.
Guide assembly drawing, hole shape drawing, guide center height, keyway form, bottom plate form, dovetail form, finish rolling or pre finish rolling shall be provided.
