Optical fiber type hot metal detector is a split structure, which transmits optical signals through optical fibers. It can replace foreign detectors of the same type and can be used for metal object positioning, size control, tracking and other purposes in metallurgical production.
- The hot metal detector can be detected at a higher ambient temperature, and the photoelectric detection head and the optical fiber part can work normally in the environment of -40℃～+200℃.
- The controller has push-pull level, contact, MOS relay and other outputs for users to choose.
Principle
Optical fiber type hot metal detector, the detection principle is the same as our company’s BCD hot metal detector. In the position closer to the target to be measured, the reliability of the detector is greatly improved.
