The fiber optic furnace laser detector is a new generation of high-power furnace laser detector developed by our company. It is especially aimed at the harsh working site of the metallurgical industry, using the ultra-high power semiconductor infrared laser tube with a laser peak power of 150W as the emission source, so it has a very strong penetrating ability and a very long operating distance.
The laser detector in the fiber optic furnace adopts the form of beam. The transmitter circuit produces a modulated 300Hz infrared laser. The receiver circuit also modulates to this frequency to receive. If the signal is received normally, the receiving energy indicator light is on, and a state is output. If no transmission signal is received (such as an object passing through the detection area), the receiving energy indicator will not light up, and the opposite state will be output. Due to the use of high-frequency infrared modulated light, the switch has good anti-interference and reliable operation.
