An area sensor (also known as an area sensor) is a special type of photoelectric switch that can detect smaller targets over a wide field of view. It is mainly used for position detection of rolling stock in the finishing rolling area of wire and bar plants in the metallurgical industry. It is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, scans the beam, and adopts a corresponding judgment method, so the action is stable and reliable.
