The 23rd China International Metallurgical Industry Exhibition will grandly kick off from August 8th to 10th, 2025 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. This grand event is not only an important gathering in the field of China’s metallurgical industry, but also a key platform for global metallurgical industry technology innovation and industrial upgrading. This exhibition is jointly organized by the China Iron and Steel Industry Association and the Metallurgical Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and hosted by the Metallurgical Industry International Exchange and Cooperation Center. It brings together top enterprises and innovative technologies from around the world to jointly promote the sustainable development of the metallurgical industry.
The exhibition has a grand scale, attracting nearly a thousand manufacturers from about 25 countries and regions to participate. These exhibitors cover multiple fields such as steel production, equipment manufacturing, raw and auxiliary materials, design and construction, warehousing and logistics, and steel trade, showcasing their latest technologies and products.
The exhibits of this exhibition are rich and diverse, covering various aspects such as metallurgical technology and equipment, metallurgical products, metallurgical auxiliary materials, carbon materials, ferroalloys, refractory materials and industrial ceramics, energy-saving and emission reduction technologies and equipment, etc. In the metallurgical technology and equipment exhibition area, visitors can see advanced equipment and technologies in various stages such as raw material processing (ore, coke, scrap metal), smelting, continuous casting, rolling, drawing, finishing, galvanizing, tin plating, color coating, heat treatment, etc. These devices not only improve production efficiency, but also reduce energy consumption and emissions, reflecting the development concept of green metallurgy.
